“Introducing Gail Taylor”

In 2026, Gail Taylor joined McGaw Graphics as a published artist, with selected works from her coastal and abstract collections chosen for reproduction and distribution.

McGaw subsequently featured Taylor as a new artist, introducing her work to its audience of art buyers, designers, retailers and interiors professionals.

The feature highlights Taylor's inspiration from the movement of the ocean and natural forms, describing work that explores “fluidity, balance, and subtle energy through layered color and organic composition.”

Gail Taylor was selected to exhibit two deeply personal works in The Art of Healing: Prescriptions for the Soul at the Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center in Fort Myers, Florida.

The exhibition explored the connection between creativity, healing, resilience and emotional transformation. Gail’s paintings reflected her own experience of creating through periods of grief, loneliness and profound personal change—using layers of paint as a way to express emotions that were sometimes difficult to put into words.

The works represent a journey from darkness toward hope and reinforce a belief that has become central to Gail’s creative practice: art does not have to begin with happiness or result in something beautiful; sometimes, the greatest value is simply in the act of creating.
